KOGI STATE POLYTECHNIC MOURNS AS ACTING BURSAR, MR ADEBOLA OSHO DIES AT 58.



On behalf of the Academic Board, Management, staff and students of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, I deeply commiserate with the family of the Acting Bursar of the institution, Mr Adebola Osho, who died on Sunday 14th February, 2021 after a brief illness.I also wish to mourn with the entire Bursary Department of the Polytechnic, well wishers, kinsmen and associates as well as the good people of Oke- Ibukun, Bunu, Kabba/ Bunu Local Government over the shocking demise of Mr Osho who was an astute and committed public servant.Mr Adebola Osho was one of the best principal officers Kogi State Polytechnic has ever had and he has left with an indelible positive mark in the Polytechnic while he served as Acting Bursar between April 2020 and February 2021.The entire Polytechnic community is indeed heartbroken, in shock and sorrow over the sudden demise of such a committed, diligent, simple, intelligent and selfless seasoned accountant who gave his all not just to the Polytechnic, but the service to humanity as a whole.The untimely demise of Mr Adebola Osho is hard for us to take, but we will take solace in his outstanding records of accountability that was the hallmark of his service to the institution.We pray that God in His infinite mercy  grant him eternal rest and forgive his shortcomings. We also pray that He grant his family, friends, well wishers, associates and the entire Polytechnic Community the fortitude to bear his shocking demise.
