THE COALITION OF CIVIL SOCIETY GROUPS ON THE ALLEGATION LEVELED AGAINST MR. SEYI TINUBU BLOOMBERG REPORTERS.

It has come to the attention of the Coalition of Civil Society Groups the news by Bloomberg Reporters alleging Mr. Seyi Tinubu, the son of Nigeria President Elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of purchasing a fraudulent property worth $11Milion from former Minister Diezeni Ally, Mr Aluko.

We wish to conveniently say without an iota of compromise, that the news is not only false but malicious and an attempt to defame the personality of Mr Seyi Tinubu by those that still find it difficult to accept the outcome of 2023 general election.

While it is laughable to read such an attention seeking news, it is important to note that report of this nature is geared towards inciting the general populace against the incoming first family of federal republic of Nigeria, suffice to say that this blackmailing news like previous ones will not stand the test of time.

Fake and blackmailing news are the jobs of the feeble and the weak; these very set of bad losers have tried several ways to blackmail the person of Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu right from the day he declared his intention to run for the Nigeria top echelon seat, since he has defeated them in all ramifications, they are now targeting his son, Seyi Tinubu, this too shall fail.

For the sake of general knowledge, Seyi Tinubu is a successful business man both at home and abroad and record never have it that he is involve in any illegal or fraudulent business, show me a son of Nigeria's senior citizen that is as free and humble as Seyi Tinubu, this is because he is well brought up and has clean hands.

For record purpose, Mr. Seyi Tinubu as a Learned person who know the law and respect the rule of law will never purchase any property under the investigation of the Federal government let alone a forfeited property of such tune.

We urge all Nigerians both at home and diaspora to disregard these attention seekers as they have been beaten to their games and no blackmail can take away the love Nigerians have for President Elect Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his family.

In conclusion we are calling on Bloomberg reporters and its sponsors to desist from further spreading of false news or face legal action for misleading the public, the Coalition of Civil Society Groups will no longer take it lightly with persons or group of persons trying to cause civil unrest via fake news and character assassination.

Convener, Coalition of Civil Society Groups

The Spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Campaign Council, Kogi State, Faruk Adejoh-Audu says he cannot congratulate Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello because Kogi State was turned into a war field during the Saturday election.Adejoh-Audu said the election was marred by violence, claiming that nine PDP members were killed during the election. He also explained how the PDP women leader of Ochadamu Ward in Ofu Local Government Area, Salome Abuh, was burnt to death in her home by political thugs.“I will have congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello but unfortunately, I cannot because he won no election.
