APC Students Support Group Rallying Voters for Ododo/Oyibo Ahead of Elections

 



In a recent visit to the Kogi State College of Health Technology in Idah, the APC Students Support Group passionately advocated for the election of Ododo/Oyibo as the next Governor of Kogi State. The students expressed their enthusiasm and support for the candidate, highlighting his proposed initiatives for the youth and the education sector.

Led by Comrade Omoniyi Princess Alice, the Chief Coordinator of the APC Students Support Group, the team engaged in a fruitful discussion with the students. The atmosphere was filled with positivity as the students pledged their unwavering support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) party and its gubernatorial candidate, Ododo.

During the visit, Comrade Omoniyi assured the students that their educational needs would be prioritized under the Ododo administration. This commitment resonated strongly with the students, further solidifying their decision to back the Ododo mandate. As a gesture of appreciation, the group distributed souvenirs and caps to the students, fostering a sense of camaraderie and unity among the supporters.

The APC Students Support Group continues to rally voters across Kogi State, encouraging them to lend their support to the Ododo/Oyibo ticket. Their efforts aim to raise awareness about the candidate's vision and plans for the state, particularly focusing on the interests of the youth population.

Police Arrest Six Suspects Over Murder Of Kogi PDP Woman Leader

Six suspects have been arrested over the murder of Woman Leader of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the Wada/Aro campaign council in Kogi state, Mrs. Achejuh Abuh.This is coming barely 24 hours after President Muhammadu Buhari ordered security agencies to carry out a thorough expeditious investigation into the incident.Mrs. Abuh was burnt alive in her home by suspected political thugs after the Governorship election in the state.According to the Command Police Public Relations Officer, DSP William Ayah, who spoke to Channels Television, the six suspects were arrested on Friday in Ochadamu while carrying out a robbery operation.He added that during interrogation, investigation revealed that one of the suspects was a principal actor in the killing of the women leader.According to Mr. Ayah, the suspects will be interrogated to ascertain the level of their involvement in the crime.The police spokesman said the outcome of the investigation will be made public upon conclusion.
